I am so thrilled you are interested in choosing me to document your special day ! I believe that choosing an elopement photographer is about more than just hiring someone with a camera to document your day... So, here's a little something about me.. My husband and I packed up our entire life into just 2 suitcases and made the move from the beautiful south of France to the enchanting Kootenays back in 2016. Let me tell you, it was hands down the greatest decision we've ever made! Being nature enthusiasts and lovers of outdoor activities, we instantly fell head over heels for the Kootenay Life and knew we had to make it our home. Fast forward to today, and I'm now a proud mom to a handsome little boy, not forgetting our three adorable fur babies. I'm married to the love of my life - I know it sounds cheesy, but it's absolutely true, haha!
I'm the kind of person who edits in PJ's, does photoshoots without a trace of makeup, and is always up for exciting new adventures! Oh, and just so you know, I'm always ready to travel wherever you need me!

There is no wrong way to get married, it’s your day ! Some people want the big wedding, want all the emotions that come from sharing the day with their family and some people want a unique and adventurous experience just by themselves. Your day can be whatever you want it to be...it’s YOUR day !
The truth is, that whether you are choosing to have a huge wedding or hiking out to elope on the top of a mountain, the most important thing is the memories you create and the photos you have afterwards to remember your day by.
Those images are one of the only things you have left after the wedding day is over, and this is what you need to make sure to choose a photographer who is going to tell your story the way you want to remember it !!
I approach photography with a journalistic style. I find joy in capturing the raw emotions and vulnerability that come with weddings. It's amazing to connect with my clients and capture their true personalities in my images. Through my photos I want you to feel the love, the joy, the intimacy and all the emotions from your wedding day all over again. I will capture all the details and uniqueness of your day - the party, the wild, the fun, the laugh, the tears on your mom’s cheeks, ... everything ! What exactly is an elopement?
An elopement is your dream wedding, reimagined. It’s about leaving behind the stress and traditions of a big event to create a day that’s intimate, meaningful, and completely yours.
Picture this: just the two of you (or maybe a few of your closest loved ones) surrounded by breathtaking scenery. No big guest lists, no overwhelming planning—just a celebration focused entirely on your love and the adventure you’re starting together.
Whether it’s exchanging vows on a mountaintop, by a peaceful lakeside, or in a spontaneous spot that feels special to you, an elopement is all about crafting a day that’s personal, stress-free, and unforgettable.
Many people feel a bit anxious when there's a camera around, and I totally get that! But your wedding day can be different. My goal is to take pictures that show the real moments as they happen. This means most of the photos will be taken naturally, allowing you to enjoy time. When your grandkids look at your wedding photos later on, they'll feel like they were part of that special day. And don't worry I'll help you feel at ease and confident, so you can shine in front of the camera.

Imagine this…
12:00 pm: We meet at the super cute cabin you're renting and have a champagne brunch.
1:00 pm: You get dressed separately.
2:00 pm: We all head to a cute spot close by for your first look.
2:30 pm - You laugh, shake out any nerves, and I take some portraits in an area close by.
3:00 pm - We pack the car and head to the helicopter airport.
4:00 pm - We explore the top of the world.
4:30 pm - You’re married! We pop some bubbly and capture photos of the amazing views.
6:00 pm - We head back to the cabin for a private catered dinner.
7:45 pm - We snap some sunset photos of you together.
8:30 pm - You have a first dance by the backyard fire pit.

LOVE NOTES...
Estelle is doing her dream job. I know this because she is seemless at her craft, so pleasant to communicate with, and wonderful to be around. She wears many hats and has tons of lenses! Estelle helped ease my wedding planning with providing local vendors for us in BC (we are from AB). She guided me with a timeline and finding photoshoot locations. Estelle goes above and beyond! She went overtime during our engagement shoot that was included in our package. If it wasn't for her package I didn't plan on doing an engagement shoot. I truly reccomend them now. It was an opportunity to meet Estelle and practice poses! She also guided us in every pose and helped ease any tensions. She carried my dress to avoid puddles and kept the wedding party organized. On the wedding day she captured everything but I never felt watched or followed. I got our sneak peaks in 24 hours! In general I can't say I love every photo of myself BUT every photo Estelle took of me on my wedding day I am INLOVE with.
